Every plan runs on the same engine: the ATS-optimized Master resume, the score proven by real re-parsing and the per-offer match score are already in the Free plan. What changes after that is the monthly volume, the cover letter and the export formats.

Your tailored-resume counter resets every calendar month: 1 on Free, 5 on Essentiel, unlimited on Pro. Resumes you already generated stay downloadable at no extra cost.
Yes: your ATS-optimized Master resume, its proven score, the per-offer match score and 1 tailored resume per month, no credit card required.
The switch happens in your Stripe billing portal, which prorates it automatically. Passmatch never opens a second payment for an account that already subscribes.
No. It is a one-time payment that opens three months of Pro, then ends on its own with nothing to cancel. It cannot stack on a running subscription: cancel that one first from your billing portal.
They stay in your gallery and download again at no extra cost. Only the counter for new tailored resumes returns to the Free plan's.
Yes, VAT included. The amount shown is the amount charged.
A code opens the Pro plan for 30 days with no credit card; when it ends, the account returns to the Free plan. The field sits above the plan grid, and a code does not apply to the Research Pack.
In the European Union. Exporting and deleting your account are self-service from your settings; the detail is in the privacy policy.
